I visited this Starbucks recently and the dessert and drinks were absolutely awesome! The matcha latte and the desserts were perfect and exactly what I’d expect from the brand. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the store. When we arrived, many tables were left uncleaned, and our own table had water spills on it. As a top global brand, I expect a higher standard of hygiene. Everything else was great, but the staff should focus more on keeping the seating area clean for customers.

Starbucks Bạch Đằng in Da Nang, right across from the Han River and next to the Hilton, is absolutely fantastic. The two-level layout is beautiful and makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Their merchandise section is impressive—the cups, mugs, and travel gear are not only gorgeous but also priced a little lower than in the U.S. We purchased a large, family-size stainless-steel French press that keeps the coffee warm beautifully. It’s one of the nicest Starbucks items we’ve ever bought. One thing to note: this location does not have its own restroom. You simply walk around the corner to the Hilton and use their lobby restroom—and it is exceptionally clean, luxurious, and honestly one of the nicest-smelling bathrooms I’ve ever stepped into. The staff were wonderful as well. They even washed our new cups for us so we could use them right away. The atmosphere, location, and service all make this Starbucks an easy place to recommend. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

The staff were very lovely and welcoming. The Vietnamese-style coffee was rich and strong. The space is extremely spacious with a nice view of the Han River, and it’s quiet enough for both chatting and getting some work done. Highly recommend!

Relaxing time with my family at Starbuck Danang

My family had a relaxing time when we came to Starbucks Da Nang on Bach Dang Street on a weekday evening. The space was spacious, airy, with light music, the staff were very attentive and advised us on delicious and best-selling drinks. We ordered 3 cups for 3 people in our family, especially the very fragrant Matcha flavor mixed with milk cream. For a gentle and relaxing evening after tiring working hours, this seems to be a place worth enjoying the quiet, peaceful space. Thank you very much.

A great location for purchasing Starbucks merchandise. There are two levels for seatings, and the washroom is off-site, in the building behind.

Located just in front of the Han river, hence this coffee shop has a good view and easy access to Han bridge. Drinks and pastries are same as other Starbucks store which price is over average. No washroom in store which is not so convenient. In case you need, go out of the store and enter the building by another entrance.

Good Starbucks

Great spot with very good drinks and good customer service. It was pretty fast to receive the order. The location is right by the Golden Bridge entrance, cannot miss.

Just like home

Starbucks...just like in the States, except they don't share the same reward system. Clean & comfortable.

Great Coffee

A perfect stop to enjoy some nice coffee. Nice shop and helpful staff. You can get also some nice food to eat with your coffee.
