It is open space
It is beautiful with a green space, many trees suitable for sitting to read books, Coffee is not really too special and delicious
A very pleasant surprise in Danang!
This restaurant is located near the airport on a major road, but not in a touristy area. The entrance is well lit but set back from the road- look for the gas/ petrol station next door. Despite that introduction, this was a very good experience for dinner. It is a very large restaurant with several garden areas and at least three huge water features, including a 30 foot waterfall. Quite spectacular really, and unexpected. It’s the sort of upscale place that locals go to for a special evening. We had a fairly light meal for two with a couple of drinks, and the bill was about $15 US! Service was professional and friendly, though they had to get an English speaking server to help - they do have menus in English. All dishes were very tasty and beautifully presented. We will be back in Danang next week and will certainly be back at Ngu Sen Garden as well!
Come for a drink and be surprised! We stayed for dinner!
This cafe/restaurant is hidden away in the industrial side of town, a block from the airport on the main road. But once you step into the restaurant you are transported to another world and time. Past the gates, is a beautiful koi pond, with a bridge and waterfall. You have to walk over a bridge to get to the main eating terrace with oriental furniture and decor where you can order drinks (coffee, tea, cocktails, beer etc) and snacks or a full Vietnamese meal. They also offer breakfast. We only found it on our last night in Da Nang as we stayed in a hotel behind it and only wish we find it earlier. Staff speak little English but menu is in English and has some pictures. Meals are very generous in size so order slowly. Food was excellent - came out hot, fresh and presented wonderfully. We had the Vietnamese main meals and really enjoyed the textures and flavours. Pricing was reasonable and It’s about a US$3 taxi ride from center of Da Nang but you won’t be disappointed.
