Da Nang Collects 36 Tons of Trash After Second Night of DIFF 2026
After the second performance night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2026) concluded, environmental sanitation efforts were immediately deployed. According to information from Da Nang Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, a total of 36 tons of waste was collected during the night, contributing to maintaining a clean and beautiful landscape for the city.
The waste primarily came from the grandstand area, the streets along the Han River, and crowded viewing spots. Sanitation workers worked through the night to clean up, ensuring that streets and public areas returned to a clean state by the end of the night. This is a familiar effort by the city whenever it organizes major events, aiming to maintain the image of a green, clean, and beautiful Da Nang in the eyes of visitors and residents.
The rapid waste disposal after the DIFF 2026 nights not only demonstrates the sense of responsibility of the urban environment unit but also sends a message about the community’s environmental protection awareness. With such a large amount of waste, sorting and treatment are carried out according to procedures, aiming to minimize negative environmental impacts. Thanks to smooth coordination, Da Nang continues to affirm itself as a premier event destination with civilized and clean logistics.
